Collectors:

When our founders began Kettlepsrings, they kept notations of the design number and little else. Sometimes only initials identified the group that commissioned the design. We have compiled a list of Kettlesprings designs dating back to the early fifties using the records of our official historian and our own sketchy notes. Browse the list to find the year your design was fired. (Look for your design number on the back of your product.) If your plate number does not match our records, please let us know. (We are aware there are a few duplications of design numbers.)

We plan to include photos with the design list. To add your photo to the project, send photos here.

Our historian Tom, the Plate Guy, spent long hours compiling an extensive list of designs. He knows more facts and stories about Kettlesprings than we do, and is willing to share info. Thanks, Tom, we appreciate your hard work.

Big Ed is another Kettlesprings enthusiast. His group, the Royal China Collectors Club, is focused primarily on items produced at Royal China in Sebring, OH. Royal China produced Kettlesprings overware plates until 1985 when the pottery ceased operation.

Thanks for thinking of Kettlesprings!
